Happy Father’s Day - 29/08/21

To the Father that would be a leader

Of the saved and loved souls in his home,

Who would count the cost dear and try harder

To ensure faith is kept and none roam.

To him we owe much appreciation,

For the wife, child and friend he supports.

And I pray for the spiritual battle he fights,

For it is to God alone he reports.

To him may a “Well done” be spoken,

When he arrives at the great Bema throne.

May Jesus reward his strength, wisdom and zeal:

“What you sowed, I will reap. Welcome home.”
